With a team of coaches certified by the Portuguese Sailing Federation, we sail in boats adjusted to the level and objectives of each sailor. Each training session begins with a theoretical or practical component on land, followed by sailing at sea. On the sailboat, our coaches promote a non-competitive development environment, where sailors improve their skills by following our three-step method: demonstration, experimentation, and repetition.
